Are there any anti anxiety medications I can take?
I am going to the OB today but I want to be prepared.
TIA
I would only need to take it to fly in Oct and then that is it

I think the only thing they can recomend is benadryl. Check with your Practitioner

I would just check with your doc. Sometimes those meds can raise your Blood pressure.
