Are these foods ok for my 9mo old DS to try?
I try to make my own baby food when I can but, I am totally clueless as to what I can be giving him at this age  I've done the typicals but feel like his range of food is so small I am always feeding him the same foods!
Can I give him:
Kiwi?
Cantaloupe?
Watermelon?
Broccoli?
Any other suggestions?

At nine months I was told I can give my son everything except:
Raw Veggies
Honey
Shellfish
Peanuts
My son is obsessed with watermelon and cantelope!

I haven't tried kiwi but have given DD the others - just be careful with the watermelon - to get both the dark and light seeds out - which can be a pain.

The jury is still out on Kiwi b/c of the small seeds, but the rest are great!

If you cut up the watermelon small and freeze it, it doesn't make as much of a mess and it still isn't too hard...
