are these normal pains
so i am 32 pregnant with twins
today the upper part of my belly feels really hard
it feels like one of the babies is doing somersaults in there
my belly feels tight
twice i almost cried it just really hurt
i don't know if its related but twice my leg also started twitching
are these things all normal,
i have been feeling uncomfortable lately but today its really bad

could be a BH, but those shouldn't hurt. what position are the babies in...any chance they are flipping head down? have you been drinking water?

when i went on sat the dr said they were both head down, i was wondering if maybe they are changing position again,
i probably haven't been drinking enough water, i am drinking tons tonight now
