HOLY CRAP. This infuriates me. How anyone who could do IVF and go through that think of putting a child up for ADOPTION! OMG, As someone who had IVF, I am appalled.
Although it is malpractice of sorts on the Dr's part , I guess she didnt have to sign anything saying how many were put back, but OMG she sounds awful. That poor "extra baby".

Way to objectify a human as an inconvenience. I'll tell you what, I'll raise that "extra" child. At least the little one will grow up knowing that she was wanted and loved by someone.

There are no words. Sitting here pregnant as a result of IVF I can't beleive anyone could be so heartless and cold.
I guess they don't have to sign the same papers that we do here to acknowledge the chance of multiples,
What if they had only put one embie in and it split by itself? Would she want to give that baby away as well?

This is horrible!!! Who the hell does she think she is?? What would happen if she DID put that other baby up for adoption?!? It would find her at 18 and mom would say "well dear, we could afford to MAKE you but we couldn't afford to raise you. We didn't want more than one anyway so we chose your sister" I hope those girls never find out about this ..

How could anyone who wanted a child so badly that they had IVF think an "extra" baby was anything less than a total miracle and blessing?
What will those poor girls think when they find out about this? "Mommy only wanted 1 of us?"

She said that while she enjoyed some aspects of her pregnancy, such as decorating the girls' nursery, other parts were distressing, including purchasing a stroller, or pram.
IVF did not stress her but buying a stroller did?
Adoption????
