Its because it is a historic place. The whole block that it is on is historic houses.....But its on a really busy street, and the back yard is another street......This house is located near the clock tower in Roslyn

Yeah thats ultra historical over there. Lots of old buildings.

That's cuz it's Roslyn. At least the taxes are somewhat reasonable for Nassau cnty.

Its not on roslyn road, Althought about 4 of the houses on roslyn road are for sale too....but they are beautiful on the inside, not like this house I bet.
I remember there was someone living in this house until last december.....and then the historical people came in and cleaned up the house, and emptied all the stuff that was in it.....I cannot believe they are asking that much for a house that needs A full historical renovation, or to be knocked down, if thats even allowed
