THESE PEOPLE HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!! * UPDATE *
We called Slomin's yesterday to have someone come check our oil tank - (we got a delivery, and the smell was still strong - so we wanted to make sure there wasn't a leak or anything)...anyway- they said they'd send someone today around 1PM........they never showed, and when i tried to call, i got tired of being on hold, so i figured I'll just wait until tomorrow to call back.
THEY JUST RANG MY DOORBELL!!!!  
ARE THEY FRIGGIN KIDDING!!!??? IT'S ALMOST 10:30 AT NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SOOOOO PI$$ED RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!

omg! they could at least called and said they were coming so you can tell them to come tomorrow instead at night. i find that very rude and weird at the same time.

I just got off the phone with them.
the girl was EXTREMELY apologetic and said that they've been VERY busy, and their schedules have been overbooked...blah blah blah...I had NO SYMPATHY for them whatsoever!!! under NO REASON should they be ringing my doorbell at F***ING 10:30 at night!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HELLO - COME AT A DECENT HOUR!!!!
OR BETTER YET - TRY THIS - COME WHEN YOU SAID YOU WOULD - 9 F***ING HOURS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
UGH!!
btw: can you imagine how pi$$ed I'd be had they woken me up!!!????????

OK...So Slomin's has been here since about 10:30. They sent "Mr Personality" 
He came upstairs from the basement after about 10 minutes of banging, drilling, etc...so I ask him:
"I guess we have a leak??"
his response:
"I guess." and kept walking to his truck for more tools.
