You are not going to believe this, but that is my cousin's grandmothers house who passed. Your not going to beleive this one either, but it sold for more than that.... A builder came in and made a very nice offer. I guess he has intentions to taking it down & building new. Ya never know!

Well she said the grandmother of a friend lived there and she passed away...from the looks of that place it was a long time ago
