Definitely cautious. Overly-cautious.  I don't post pictures of myself or my children and I deliberately avoid posting "specific" details. You can never be too careful, IMO.
I am the same way. I think having an ex-boyfriend stalk me has made me overly cautious. I still can't shake the feeling.
