Arg! Need a (new) contractor!
DH and I are planning a pretty large renovation, both in scope and in cost. It's a whole gut of a kitchen, two bathrooms, and structural work in the basement before any of that begins.
Now that we have our permits, almost all materials and are ready to pull the trigger our contractor is MIA. He wont return our phone calls/texts and we haven't even given him out money yet!! I am pissed, but we need to move on quickly to get this done. This planning process has been 18 months (!) in the making.
If you have personally used a contractor for any tricky jobs, can you please FM me or post here? We are really ready to go!

I always recommend Jay from Top Notch. DH and I (and he's done work for my parents) are always happy with the end results.
