I have FMLA right now (not PG related) and granted I work in a larger company, but have you thought about contacting the Department of Labor about this? I had a ton of questions while obtaining the right paperwork and what not, and they were actually very helpful with my questions. You should ask them if the # of employees has anything to do with FMLA. I know that when one of my co-workers was PG she had really bad morning sickness and would be late because of it - HR recommended obtaining the FMLA coverage for intermittent leave (which can be taken in increments as little as 15 minutes). If things don't get better, I would recommend contacting an attorney.

The following is from about.com (I can't guarantee that it is 100% accurate)
An employer covered by FMLA is any person engaged in commerce or in any industry or activity affecting commerce, who employs 50 or more employees for each working day during each of 20 or more calendar workweeks in the current or preceding calendar year. Public agencies are covered employers without regard to the number of employees employed. Public as well as private elementary and secondary schools are also covered employers without regard to the number of employees employed.

I can't get FMLA, we only have 6 employees.

And I have a 3 year long letter that is going to the Department of Labor as soon as I quit. They have been investigated by the DOL before, so it would be interesting to see what happens.
