Aruba with Kids
Has anyone gone to De Palm Island in Aruba? There is a water park there and it looks pretty cool. My son will be turning 3 when we go in March.
Any other suggestions of things to do besides the beaches?

I've never been to De Palm Island, but just wanted to say that baby beach is great for the little ones!

Re: Aruba with Kids
I have three words: Sunscreen, Sunscreen, Sunscreen! My family (parents and two younger sibs) went to Aruba in December when I was younger, and all of us came home with 2nd degree sunburns. The sun is signifigantly stronger down there, and children's skin is much more sensitive than adults.

Re: Aruba with Kids
I have. But I dont remember the water park, maybe its new. I went summer of 05. baby beach is a must. I toured the entire island there really isnt much for little ones outside the resort and baby beach. most of the island is rough terrain not sure if a 3 yr old would like that ride. it is beautiful though. would love to go back. make it fun go to the local supermarket by the flea market buy bread to feed the fish at baby beach!
