Aruba with small kids ?
I assume they have drug stores and supermarkets there, but will I be able to get the same pull ups, wipes, etc.. that I get here (Huggies, pampers)?
I just don't want to pack a ton if I don't have to.

Yes, they have few supermarkets. They did have Pampers, they weren't cheap, so I would bring if you could. The selection was limited, I only remember seeing Pampers in the store we went to.

honestly, essentials like that... I would just bring it.
I agree everything is marked up there and you can't guarantee they'll have what you want.
like if you go to lingandsons.com (ling and sons is a supermarket in aruba) you can do some online shopping and see what they have...
they sell some huggies but they are very expensive.
