Asian style peanut salad dressing recipe?
So I want to make this salad this week. DH did the food shopping and bought a jar of peanut sauce from the Asian section not the dressing section. It's THICK. I'm thinking it could be combined with other things to make a lighter/thinner dressing....and ideas??

hmm...
maybe some soy, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil...
lime? ginger?
i'm totally guessing because i don't like peanut dressing!
