DD took her very first steps 4 days after she hit 10 months. She was full on walking enough to get her first pair of real shoes at 11 1/2 months.

Ds will be 14 months on June 7th. He will walk about 5 steps and fall down. Whenhe does walk he is very uneasy and wobbles ALOT. Is this normal at this age? HE is a GREAt fast crawler so I am hoping thast teh reason.
Jacob did the exact same thing from 12 months until 15 months. At 15 months, he was steady on his feet and running all over the place!

Kaitee was taking steps at 8 1/2 months and full on walking at 9 months.
Brooke was taking steps at 9 months and could walk across huge rooms at 10 months but she would only do it when I was bribing her. She was a full time walker at 11 months.
If he is just learning to walk then of course its normal to be wobbly no matter what his age is

Kaydyn had been taking steps since the end of Oct/beginning of Sept. But didn't actually take off walking on her own until right before her 1st birthday.

DD was taking 3-5 steps and then falling (I used to call her Maggie Simpson) until about 17 months when she started being able to walk as far as she wanted without falling.

She took her first steps at 14 months and she at the time was fast crawler too. She started getting more comfortable as the days went on with her walking. Now at 17 months forget it she runs!!!
