at what age did you put your baby
in his/her bedroom in the crib??? She is going to be 7 weeks and I don't want to put her in her room yet but dh said maybe at the end of the month we will try.........

Emma is 3 months and she is still in her cosleeper. I don't know when we are going to move her, but she is going to outgrow her bed very soon and will need to go into the crib.

3 weeks and the nexct one will be day 1. she has been fine in her crib ever since teh beginning and there was no transition period form cosleeper or bassinet to crib

Thanks for the answers.... she grew out of her bass already and now i moved the play yard into the bedroom and she sleeps in it ..........

DD was 2 months when she started sleeping in her crib. She out grew her bassinette. We'd find her in the morning with her feet hanging over the side.

We moved her out of the bassinet after one month...she is a very noisy sleeper. She did great...no transition period.

First day they came home from the hospital. We have convertible cribs/beds for both DC, so we just had the mattress in the highest position for the "bassinet" mode, then moved the mattress down a few notches as they were able to kneel, then stand.

I want to say around 2 1/2 months- I just wasn't sleeping w. her in the room with us and we have the angelcare monitor which I totally recommend.

first run was at 3 months. It did not officially happen till 5 months.

DD was almost 3 months when we transitioned her. She had no problem sleeping in her crib and she even started sleeping through the night right after we did it.

From day 1. Our room wasn't big enough for a basinette and our house is small anyway. I can hear them from all over the house when they are in their rooms.

My DS is almost 11 weeks and tonight is going to be his 1st night in the crib. He is getting to be a really noisy sleeper and too big for the bassinet. He naps in there and does well. I think it will be harder for me to adjust than him!! Wish me luck!

Day 1. No one would get any sleep if we shared a room. That and DH and I have a habit of gabbing for a while once we go to bed...we would disturb the baby!
