you just can't predict this
#1 was in 5.5XW at 10 months
#2 is 4.5 at 10 months

I agree with Erica - you just can't predict.
My oldest wore them a little over 1 - I think his first SR shoes were a 5 or 6 and he got them at 14 mos. His 1st b-day shoes were a 5.
My second is 9 mos and I haven't had him measured but I bought a 4W and they just fit him. I have to go and get him measured soon.

I knew my DS had big feet, but WOW!!! He is 21 mos and just growing out of 7W.....Lol!!!!
Michael is very skinny but tall with small feet.
