Anyhoo - I posted that Cailen had such a bad rash when he was 4-5 mts old it looked like exzema!!! He needed this prescription cream because it was actually considered a fungus!!!

Thanks, everyone! I called the ped. and he said give a call back tomorrow if the rash doesn't get any better. We went with the triple paste with a layer of vaseline over it and put her in diapers today. By tonight it was much better, but still pretty bad. I'm going to see what the morning brings. Thanks , again

go to the doctor she may have a bacteria infection that your doctor will prescribe a creme for.
Until then, change her often and give her a cool bath (not cold).
