At what week did you buy all your furniture? When was it delivered/assembled?
When did you order your furniture? What week was your furniture delivered and assembled?
My parents want to buy us our furniture but I haven't even started to check out furniture yet.
I was planning to pick it out after Christmas. It will be the beginning of my third trimester. Hope that isn't too late.

Well, we are going crib shopping this weekend. But I am not having anything delivered to the house until after the baby is home.

We went shopping, picked it out and ordered it last weekend - I was 21 weeks.

Ordered it at 27 weeks
receiving it tomorrow at 35 weeks
Honestly.. I should have ordered it a bit sooner.

I'm pretty sure it was ordered the end of october, when I was around 27-28 weeks. It was delivered on Nov. 29th, I was 33 weeks. It actually would have been delivered the week before, but we weren't ready for it yet!

I think it depends LARGELY on where you order it from and what brand you order!
I ordered from buybuybaby and that is how long it took. It came in a week ago but this was the first delivery date they had.

It's safer to order it in your 2nd trimester 'cus some manufacturers take longer to make and ship it. If you don't want to settle for a crib just because your first choice won't arrive in time, order it as soon as you see the one you like now.
It took me 6 weeks to get my crib... I got it near my 32nd week.
You also want some time to set it up in case you deliver early.

We ordered it at about 23 weeks from BBB and it took about 4 or 5 weeks to come in. We're not having it delivered until the last week in Dec.

I think we ordered it the beginning of October, which was about 22 to 24 weeks. I am having it delivered on Jan 7th, so about 2.5 weeks before I am due. It's already in at the store though.

Ordered at 25 weeks!! Most places I went said it would take anywhere from 8-12 weeks. You should start looking at least.

We shopped and ordered it around week 15. We won't have it delivered until Match sometime. I'm due the end of April.

ordered abou a week ago ...we got a DaVinci crib but not from BRU...we found it cheaper online....it will be here tomorrow!! 7 day delivery!!!...i am 25 wks preggo...cannot wait to set up nursery

We just ordered our crib 2 weeks ago (I was 28 weeks). My crib they said will take 8-12 weeks. So it will come just around the time the baby is born which is perfect for me. It doesn't serve any purpose any earlier other than to just be there waiting. And if it doesn't arrive until a couple of weeks after the baby comes home it's no big deal, I'll just borrow or buy a bassinet and put him in there for a couple of weeks. I'm not stressing about it either way, when it gets here it gets here.

we ordered our furniture around 20 weeks. Labor Day Weekend actually this year. JCPenny's was having free shipping, and it all came in like 5 days!!!
