At what week did you pick a name for DC? DH and I can't agree on a name!
DH vetoes all my choices and vice versa. At this rate, our child is going to be nameless!

When I had DS, I didn't know the sex. We picked a boys name before I was pregnant, but I was in labor crying in the hospital because if the baby was a girl I had no name!

When I had DS, I didn't know the sex. We picked a boys name before I was pregnant, but I was in labor crying in the hospital because if the baby was a girl I had no name!
How long do you have until you have to put a name on the birth certificate?
I have a feeling it is going to be coming down to the wire and we'll decide at the hospital.

With our first DS, we had it narrowed down to 2 names but did not pick one until the day he was born. I have a feeling it will be the same scenario with this DS due in May. DH is notoriously picky and tends to veto my name choices as well.

about 3 days before DS was born. It was a tough decision for the boy name. Of course the girl name we agreed upon when I was like 1 day PG....but nope, we had a boy.

the same thing happens with us..i say a name..he looks at me like i have 11 heads and says....."ooo..what would they call him..is that too weird....blah blah " lol i hate that he is afraid to god forbid have a child with the only one of his name in his class....we have had Baby A's name for awhile ..Nicholas John but Baby B has been Cameron...Dylan...Andrew...the newest on our list are Salvatore....Lucas....i know they arent all "different names" but had to compromise for him and we also plan on claling nicholas "nico"(nee-ko)....at this rate our birth announcements will say Nicholas John and Baby B LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We can't agree on a boys name so we decided to wait since we may have a girl and that name is picked out. Plus we want to get a feeling for the baby if it is a boy and name him then.
Flying by the seat of our pants here! We do have one fall-back boys name that we do agree on but its very popular and our friend named their son that 5 years ago. They live cross country though so we are debating.

us too - for a girl we have two - but we are going with our first choice...
for boys - we argued up until about week 10 - then we settled.

We had it narrowed down for boys and girls names before the Level II, but really cemented it right after we found out that it was a  . But now I want to change the middle name!

DH and I are pretty certain on our name choices for either sex. (we don't know what the sex is yet) Who knows if that may change though with time...

we have names that we like but we agreed to wait until we find out the sex to really start the debate. i think we'll be ok with a girl's name but dh wants to name a boy harrison tyler which i do love but i don't love that he would be harrison tyler IV. i don't mind names commemorating family members, but i also like things a little different. i always said i wouldn't do a "jr" name, but it's a touchy subject...
that being said we won't settle until at LEAST 20 weeks, and depending on the sex probably more.

We had a really hard time coming up with names. We had a list of girl names we both agreed on and then found out we were having 2 boys. We could not agree on anything. At about 22 weeks we were certain on the names. Both names are somewhat after out father's. Baby A: Alexander Robert (he'll be called Alex)

within the first few weeks of getting PG  DH and I agreed on Gianna Linda almost instantly. If it was a boy, I think he'd still have no name because we still talk about it and cant agree lol

13 weeks....
at our 12 1/2 week appt we were told pretty positive that its a boy(after us thinking it was a girl)... dh gave the name right away and it took a few days for me to agree
