Attorney Fees
if we hire a attorney to review the contract and terms then decide not to go thru w/ the purchase, do we have to pay the attorney in full or just some type of processing fee? thanks.

Most attornies do not charge unless you close on the deal.

As DJ said a good atty will not charge you. That said they do expect you to use them when a different deal goes through(different house or financing, etc.)

For my attorney, he charged half of his price for the intial contract reviewing and then we will pay the other half once we close.
