August 26th *GTG - Western Suffolk - ALL INFO
DATE: Wednesday, August 26th 2009
LOCATION: Tanner Park, in Copiague
TIME: 10:30am
MEETING PLACE: Playground in center of park (I will probably park by the sprinkler park and walk over)
For those of you that are unsure of where Copiague is, it is a town located right near the Nassau/Suffolk border in the Town of Babylon.
A little bit about the location -
sprinkler park, brand new playgrounds, boardwalk, beach, skateboard park, and concessions
Town of Babylon residents can enter for free with the permit. Non residents can either pay $15 (on weekdays, $20 on weekends) to park, or park outside on the street and walk in.
Please feel free to either pack a lunch or buy lunch from the concessions.
I have done a few "drive bys" and I have seen MANY people parking on the street and walking in. Of course, it is taking a chance, but if I did not have a permit - I would park on the street and walk in.

The spot in my car has been taken.
Looking forward to seeing everyone. We'll start at the playground but probably be in the spray park most of the time, DD can't get enough of the water. I plan to bring lunch and eat it on the beach if I can get DD to settle down long enough. We'll probably leave around 1pm.
Ainsley will be 2 years and 2 days old when we GTG .
