Please please please don't be worried!!! If they measure even the SLIGHTEST bit off the estimated weight can be off by a lot. As long as the heartbeat was strong and they were measuring length wise within a week of where they should be then you're okay.
Also remember, guesstimations based on ultrasounds are fairly new. My DD is 13.5 years old and there was no anatomy scan, no growth sono. There was a dating u/s and an nt scan and minor bloodwork (no 2 part blood work like now)

Re: babies weight at 20 weeks?
They didn't tell me the exact weight but said the baby was big - in the 93rd percentile.
I was worried at first too but like the PP said, these estimates can be really off.
A lot of my friends were told they had huge babies at 36 weeks only to deliver 3-4 weeks later babies that weighed less than that estimate.
So i know this is the opposite of your concern, but I don't put a lot of stock in it.
Also, remember babies, just like adults come in many different sizes. There are perfectly healthy adults that are 4 feet 6 inches and others that are 7 feet 6 inches.
If you are very nervous, could you ask for another scan in a few weeks so you can confirm the growth between the two sessions?
Are you feeling normal movements and stuff? I would take that as more of an indication than the growth estimate.
