It looks like the new page is run by Danielle, Easton's mom. I'm glad to see he is holding strong and whatever the reasons behind the other page bring pulled were, I hope that his family can stay strong throughout all of this as well.

It sounds like there's issues going on between family members. Danielle, Easton's mom, posted that there will be another page setup soon. And his dad said that it was not him and his wife that took it down but other family members.
Even if they did take it down for privacy reasons or whatever, I think they have every right to. Just because you donate to someone/something doesn't mean they now "owe it to you to keep you updated."
