yes i saw the commercial yesterday and went right on to amazon and pre-ordered it. I am so excited. My friend did baby signs with her son before he was talking and it really worked. He was able to tell her "more", "done", and "hungry".

FYI... baby wordsworth or something like that, has some sign language incorporated into video. On top of all her other words, Alex now knows "chair, table, refrigerator and puzzle" all because of it

It's never too early to start! I've been signing with Brendan practically since he was born. It took a while before he was able to sign back, but now he's 1 year old today and he has about 20 signs. He started with lights at about 10 months and now he knows fan, ball, all done, eat, balloon, banana, elephant, more, cookie, cereal/cheerios, Brendan/me, flowers, alligator, bath, book, drink, music. He tries to say the words for most of them too. Today he learned to sign shoes. I'd be interested to see the video, but if you're really serious about teaching sign I'd recommend getting a book to really explain how you should go about teaching it. It's really not that hard. Someone gave me Baby Signs which I think is a good book, but I really love Signing Smart especially for someone new to teaching sign language.
