She does not deserve to have children. I can't believe she would consider aborting a child because of the gender.  So many of us struggled to just get pregnant and this moron is pregnant and not happy because it's a girl? I don't get it. Stupid moron.

Honestly, I do question this women's ability to be a good mom based on her reaction to having a baby girl.
She has discussed aborting the baby. Sad to think that she would resort to that procedure since this is her first baby too! I can understand if she has only one shot at it, but she's still young so can try for a son in the future...
I hope she never experiences the joy of being a mom, to a girl OR a boy....

wow. just wow. I am speechless. This is absolutely disgusting. Why even try to get pregnant if this is the way you feel? I cannot BELIEVE she would even think of aborting the baby. If she is that against having a girl, there are many, many women who will gladly take that baby off her hands when she is born. She doesn't even deserve the baby.

Wow this is really a sore subject when all of us here posting replies are pregnant. I couldnt imagine.. im so in love with my DD that words cant explain it. Is this woman young? this sounds like an extremely young thing that someone would say. She does not deserve to be a mother and the thought of abortion is just insane and shouldnt even be considered when there are people TTC and wanting to adopt. Ugh, this just burns me. These are the people that I cant stand... stupid people who would abort a baby b/c of the sex.. this makes me angry.

That breaks my heart...that poor baby. Every child should be considered a blessing and their arrival should be eagerly anticipated.
Doesn't she know that she is someone's little girl? Little girls are wonderful...and while I don't have one...I once though I did. DH and I were over the moon in love with her. I will admit that before we started we wanted a boy but never were we disappointed. I remember sitting in the chair for the first sono to see the heartbeat and in those few moments where they try to find it all I could think was 'please be there, please be there' and DH must have felt the same because he actually found it on the screen first...no joke. The gender stopped mattering completely.
So the day we found out we were really having a boy was bittersweet...thrilled because we first wanted a boy and more importantly he was healthy...a little sad because that moment we lost the thought of our little girl.

Don't you found out the sex pretty far along in the pregnancy?
Would it even be LEGAL for her to have an abortion at this point?
She doesn't deserve to have a child- I hope she does chose to give her up to a loving, wanting, deserving set of parents.

Omg, that is so disgusting!! There are people in this world who can't conceive and would do anything just to have a baby and when you hear something like this it's just absolutely disturbing. I'm sorry but it's people like the person you know who shouldn't be allowed to have children.

For a human being to be this far along and think about aborting a healthy child b/c of GENDER makes it very clear that this person is unstable and clear of any conscience.

How awful...some people should not be allowed to reproduce.
As everyone know's my story i will never have my own baby and to hear this makes my stomach turn...HELL I'll adopt the baby if dh would let me, I feel sorry for this woman because she does not have a mother instinct in her and 'SHE' should not care if it's a BOYor GIRL, You will either have one or the other, I think she might need to talk to someone professionally and try to get help and see why she feel's this way.

That's exactly right, she has a few screws lose.
I think one of the reasons she doesn't want the baby girl is because she feels the father of her child will be more inclined to raise the child with her if it's a boy. (They aren't married) Weird logic...

Wow. I have no words.............this is really the most disgusting thing I have heard in a long, long time. And this is coming from someone who never pictured herself having kids! Once you see that first heartbeat though.........I am going to be so happy with whatever I am given......some things in life just don't make sense. This is really, really so cruel.
