Re: Baby jogger City Select Stroller- Moms of 2+ pls come in, need advice
I asked the sales guy about coupons and he said if you can find any baby store that is not expired and does not exclude baby jogger, you can use it. He mentioned "Baby Depot" but I don't know if they have coupons. I'm guessing someone must have used something because he mentioned it to me.

In this video, the guy shows you it CAN be folded with 2 seats as long as they are facing forward (like the PP said...)

That's even better!!! The girl at the BBB said it couldn't be folded with both seats attached, but I won't hold it against her because she hadn't had her "formal" training on it yet.

OMG, Thank You for posting this.... I have been wanting a Bumbleride for sooo long ( remember I FMed you about it) and almost won it a couple times on Ebay, I guess it was meant to be. This is perfect now, I don't have to worry if my son will stay in and if I wasted the money buying a double... If he doesn't like it I can always just use it as a single. I have had my Baby Jogger City Series Single for the past 2.5 years so its time I got myself a new stroller, lol..
Please let us know where you find it the cheapest and if you find any coupons...
We are going to check it out at BBB in Huntington today as well.

Re: Baby jogger City Select Stroller- Moms of 2+ pls come in, need advice
So we went to see this stroller yesterday and I don't know.. I am soooo undecided between this stroller and the Bumbleride Indie Twin.
On the video the woman said/showed a 5 year old girl being able to fit in the seat with the canopy.... well not my son. He is only 31 months old and we closed the canopy and were brushing his hair with it.
The space on the seat for their little tushes is soooo small and I can't picture both of my boys in that stroller. Logan sat in it as I mentioned but Landon was sleeping so I didn't put him in to try, but I was playing around with the configurations and I put both seats forward facing and just the leg room is too tight in my opinion. I tried folding it also with both seats attached, trying to picture myself alone with this stroller and it being cold or raining outside and trying to get the stroller in the fastest way possible in the car and the only way would be forward facing and even that seemed too bulky, the best would be to detach one of the seats.
BBB in Huntington didn't have the Indie Twin, I need to go to the Westbury location to look at it.
I just dont know which one to pick... I love the idea of all the different positions but seems soo tight for the boys.

Did you adjust the canopy up all the way? It's suppose to be adjustable to allow for more headroom. If you did then I need to go into the store to plop my DD in because she is really tall for her age. I love the indie twin too, but its just so wide, ugh decisions.

yes, we had it on the higher position. It's a tougher decision for you being you live in Queens I think you said? I dont really go anywhere here in Suffolk that is narrow so it doesn't matter for me. I think if we see the Indie Twin and love it and its spacious enough for my DS, I might take that one.

Re: Baby jogger City Select Stroller- Moms of 2+ pls come in, need advice
I bought the city select this weekend at BBB in westbury in onyx, also got the car seat adapter and second seat. I haven't used it outside yet but my DD has asked for rides aorund the house and I have been able to push this double stroller around my very crowded house full of baby gear and toys...So far, I love it! Can't wait to get out with my kids and use it when the weather warms up!

I just came on to post similar feedback after seeing the stroller this weekend.
DS is 27 mos and I thought he was way to tall for the seat (he's around 60% percentile so he's a fairly average height). He just didnt seem comfortable in it at all.
I also found it a little cumbersome and bulky to close with the 2 seats. I currently have a Bugaboo and that may be my least favorite thing about that stroller. Between that and the hefty price tag (considering we have two strollers already), we're going with the City Mini. Both times we put DS in it, he refused to come out so I guess that's a good sign
