baby making loud noise while they sleep
DS is so tiny and I swear when she sleeps she makes such very loud noises that it wakes me up almost like she grunting....is that normal..my DS never did that.

My dd is 2 weeks old and she makes a lot of noise too and also sounds like grunting sometimes

DS is 13 weeks and he still does it. We kicked him out of our room because of it! 
I don't think it's anything to be concerned with. I'm sure they'll grow out of it.

It is totally normal. DD was a grunter and it scared me too at first.

Definitely normal for newborns. DS is a grunter too, but usually just when he's falling asleep or waking up. When he's in a deep sleep he's pretty quiet.

My DS hums while sleeping, I'd swear he was singing. Over and over and over....DH used to think something was wrong too. I think aaron does it to soothe himself, he mostly does it when first falling asleep. When he tosses, he starts right back up.

We kicked DD out too!! She's 7 weeks... we have her down the hallway.. far enough that we can't hear the grunts but close enough to hear cries. We haven't even used the monitor yet because it's so sensitive and picks up every grunt. Hope this ends soon!

DD did that loud grunting up until around 7-8 weeks. that is why she got kicked out of our room at 6 weeks - we just couldn't take it any more
