Baby measuring ahead
I'm measuring about 5 days ahead of what i should..does anyone know what that means exactly..does it just mean the baby is developing at a slightly faster rate? Or does is mean my ovulation kit gave me a later reading and the baby was concieved before the positive OPK? Just wondering? I guess this also explains why i got my bfp at 8dpo.

Re: Baby measuring ahead
Your O date could be off, that is possible. But, I think there is a margin of error depending on the exact growth rate of your LO. My DS always measured a few days to a week ahead, and he was and still is a bigger kid (95th percentile height/weight). My second right now has twice measured a day to two behind where I believe I am. I just take it to mean this one will not be as big as his/her big brother!

Re: Baby measuring ahead
I'm measuring a week ahead and doc told me it's not a big deal. They didn't change my due date. No worries.

Re: Baby measuring ahead
Dont get hung up on the dates the sono shows. it is just an estimate. As long as the baby is developing as they should you are fine.
