Babysitting at the Gym

I finally joined NYHRC.. babysitting is "free" or rather included in the monthly cost of my membership.. Just wondering am I expected to tip? If so, is it monthly, weekly? per day ? or just something at the end of the year?

When I bring my children to the gym babysitter it is usally for one hour at a time and when I pick them up I usually give a $3 tip if one is there and a $5 tip if they have both been there. I do believe that they are expecting a tip but I am not sure what other people are doing. I do see other bills in the tip jar.

My gym is the set up the same way. I don't tip all the time. I have 3 kids, go sometimes up to 5 times a week and that would get expensive. I will give them a $10 or $20 every couple of weeks. Plus they don't even see if I put it in.
