If your gym has a babysitting service, do you use it?
And if so, how young is too young?

i use babysitting at the gym. i go to lucille roberts in Massapequa.. they take infants 3 months to crawling on Mon & Wed only, and walkers Mon - Sat.
not all LR takes non walkers though...

Yes, my gym has a separate infant room and I've been taking her since she was 3 months old. You have to call 24 hrs ahead of time to make a reservation and they give you a beeper and will beep you if the infant cries for longer than 5 minutes. They won't change a diaper either so they page you for that too.
ETA: I try to go at off hours and when she's naping because of germs, but really, the place is cleaner than most places we go.

i wish i could bring my DD to my gym. their day care service is for kids starting at 2 y/o which i think is ridiculous.
