bad arm and hand numbness
18 weeks now and this started a week or two ago. I wake up alllll night with my arms and hands falling asleep and then during the day if I move a certain way my hands tingle and ache!!! I have heard of this at 9 months but not so early. Anyone? Ways to help it lessen?? Cvant sleep and its sooooo uncomfy. Gah

Wow I'm 19wks on mon and I just started that this week too, except i am a pastry chefso I know I've had crapal tunnel but it's getting worse now, I just need to make it theft Christmas!!!!!! There are wrist braces that help!!

Try wearing wrist braces to bed. I'm dealing with this now... very badly... at 9 months.

Yes! This happens to me often. Carpal tunnel is common during pregnancy. I always wake up with my arms and hands asleep.

Happened to me sometime in the third trimester. Its carpal tunnel and its a PIA. Apparently wrist guards are supposd to help although they dont seem to help me much!

i had carpal tunnle pre pregnancy and it got pretty severe while pregnant.
get the braces at your pharmacy (around $20) and wear those to bed. it doesnt cure it but it will help alleviate some of the discomfort
