Bad dizzy spell today
I was feeling alittle nauseous this morning but that is really nothing new since I'm 34 weeks. I went to the store and I started to feel light headed and got very shaky. I tried to walk out of the store but I had to ask a security guard to please walk me to my car. I have GD so when I came home I tested and it was 82 not really that low. I had some juice and some bread to see if I could bring it up. I am also anemic. Maybe it's from that? I am waiting for my ob to call me to see if they want me to come in, just rest or go to the hospital maybe. I feel alittle better but I'm still alittle wooozy

Bad dizzy spell today
I got that feeling alllll the time when I would go into a store. It went away as soon as I gave birth.

Happened to me today too. I have GD also. I went and bout a ginger ale, had literally 2 sips and felt fine afterwards

I always carry a granola bar in my purse for that reason.

Definitely carry a snack with you all the time Be careful if you feel like that again I wouldn't personally drive

Feel better!! I don't have GD but I felt similar the other day when I waited too long to eat lunch. When I stepped outside I was shaky and felt light headed.

Feel better! I was just tested and don't have GD, but every time I am in a store (which I think it really happens when I am on my feet for 30 minutes or more) I start sweating, get really dizzy. If I don't eat something asap I will faint. They think it just has something to do with blood circulation, since my glucose test was fine.
