Re: Bad taste in mouth

I feel your pain! I had that for a few weeks in the very beginning too. It's gross! I just tried to always have something with me to put in my mouth- Preggie Pop drops, mints, etc. That pretty much did the trick until it passed!

Re: Bad taste in mouth

Oh man. I can totally relate. I am 14wks 3days and still have it but thank goodness its less than it was before. Honestly, for me, all I found that has worked is chewing on gum all day long (and I hate gum) but its the only thing that worked.

Re: Bad taste in mouth

Hi! I am now almost 21 weeks and I havve had a bad taste in my mouth frequently throughout my entire pregnancy. I find that using a tongue scraper in conjunction with brushing 2-3 times a day has been a HUGE help. You should also let your Dr. know because alot of times this means you could be lacking a vitamin in your body...like zinc.

I still have it at 30 weeks, I feel it will continue till the end Chat Icon I just brush my teeth a lot and use mouthwash after I eat, foods usually make it worse!

I keep lifesavers in my purse and work bag so I can pop one in if necessary. It usually does the trick.
