Can I make Macaroni and Cheese ahead of time and freeze it?
Tyler's party is on Saturday and I would love to make it tomorrow to get it out of the way.

What I do is make the sauce ahead of time and then make the macaroni, mix and bake the day I want to use it.

My mom has done this my whole life, she never makes just one batch at a time.
Just when you freeze it wrap it in plastic and foil so it stays fresher, just make sure you take away the plastic before you cook it!
