Baking Chicken Cutlets

So i ALWAYS bake my chicken cutlets. I coat them in a little mayo and dip them in bread crumbs. The problem is after they bake for a little while i turn them over and most of the breading comes off the bottom. Anyone have any tips on how i can get the bread crumbs to stick? TIA!

I always do the egg/milk mixture then breadcrumbs.

Are you using some oil on the baking sheet or non-stick cooking spray?

That is what I do and I rarely have a problem.

Another recipe for baking is mix italian dressing season packet into breadcrumbs, with some parm cheese. After rinsing chicken put it right into mixture and on pan. No mayo or egg needed. My DH loves it even more than the mayo one.

I bake them on my baking stone and I don't need to turn them at all!
