Balloon question?
I found some balloons online for DDs 1st birthday that I can't find in stores but I don't know where I would be able to get them blown up. Would Party City or any place like that do this? I really don't want to rent or buy a helium tank.

Re: Balloon question?
Yes, I just went to Party City yesterday. They said you can bring your own balloons, they have a balloon inflation fee.

Re: Balloon question?
We just get the helium tanks from BJs. We've had separate balloons for all of DC's parties. They all fill up the same, so there's no issues getting a special balloon.

Re: Balloon question?
We bought the helium tank for $20 at Walmart - blew up about 35 balloons
