Banana bread question...

I am thinking of making banana bread later today. I always add some fresh mashed up bananas and mini chocolate chips to it, do you think I can put it in a tube pan and make it a banana cake? Would you double it? How do you think it would taste? Would you add walnuts to it? Opinions, thoughts?

That would be fine. You could probably get away with just one recipe, although don't expect the finished product to be too big. You can also add anything you want to the banana bread. Like you, I sometimes add chocolate chips but if I have some walnuts on hand I like adding it in for crunch.
