Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/3 cup butter, marg softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup banana
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 baking soda
1 cup choco chips.
Beat sugar and butter til fluffy. Add egg, banana and vanilla. Then combine flour, baking soda, baking powderand salt, mix well. Stir in chips. Drop TBS 2 ' apart on cookie sheet and bake for 9-12 minutes at 350. I bake them for 10 minutes :)

I didn't have white sugar, so I used brown. Semi sweet chips instead of milk chocolate. Baked them on parchment paper. I kept the second batch in for 2 minutes longer and they were nice and crispy on the bottom.

Was wondering if you can substitue egg whites (egg beaters) for the egg and Splenda for the sugar???
