I know!!!!!! 
We belong to TFCU and we get slammed with ATM fees all the time! I'll be damned if I drive to the closest branch just to go to the ATM.

I NEVER use the ATM for a bank that is not my bank! Only in dire emergencies which is maybe once a year. I am lucky that my bank is right across the street from my job. But at home...its a mile or so away. I make sure I have $$$ before I leave on Friday.
Not only do you have to deal with an ATM fee from the ATM bank you use, you also have to deal with a fee from YOUR bank! Or at least I do...

You can go to any HESS gas station or CVS & use the ATM there for free. If you go on TFCU's site they should have a link to a site where you can search for free ATMS. I beleive it is any ATM on the Alliance One network.

I have Nassau Educators FCU account & there are 2 Hess gas stations around the corner from my apt that I use for free all the time.
