Baptism BBQ for my dd.. anyone have any Must have recipes for?
Im looking for some Yummy recipes.. anyone have any that are a "Must Have" at the BBQ?

I can give you a recipe for corn bread cooked in a cast iron pan in the oven if you would like. Came out REALLY good.

Grilled summer veggies is always great. I just made them tonight on the grill:
cut up -
eggplant
squash
brocolli
sliced potatoes ( i buy the ones in the can)
asparagus
red onion
I throw some olive oil, salt, pepper ans garlic powder , toss and grill for about 15-20 min, delicious.
I think it would be something healthy, summery and different for a BBQ
