Basal tempature charting questions
i just ordered a thermometer on line and downloaded the chart to fill out. but its a little confusing to me. how are you supposed to now if your cervix is high or low? what about the rest of the chart? does anyone have instructioins as to how to fill out the rest of it? Will they come with the thermometer? i know sometiems to save costs instructions are eliminated but i dont see where they are on line.

Def rec signing up for Fertilityfriend.com, it's free to use and it does all the plotting for you.
To check your cervical position you have to feel your cervix yourself-personally I charted I confused myself by checking cervix.
I used temping, and cervical mucous.
Def pick up the book Taking Charge of your fertility. It helps alot with your cycle and gives you insight to charting.
