bathing suits for moms

I haven't had a nice bathing suit in 2 years....one year I just had a baby, and last year, I was pregnant.

Now I want a nice one, that will make my wonderful "mommy belly" look decent. Any suggestions on brands and/or where to look?

I was thinking a tankini. Thanks!

I always suggest the J. Crew "Swing Top" tankini. Stylish and hides the new mommy belly...

They actually have a couple on sale, but HURRY! They go so fast!

I also think anything with rouching is flattering.

Re: bathing suits for moms

I actually had a LOT to try on in Fashion Bug of all places. (And I looked at MANY stores.) I went with a tankini that had a skirt bottom. The top was long enough to go past the bottom, even while holding DS. (BONUS!) And it actually holds my saggy boobs up. (DOUBLE BONUS!) And the skirt actually covers all the skin hanging off my belly from giving birth to a toddler. (TRIPLE BONUS!)

It was the first time I actually felt sexy since giving birth. I even layed on a raft in the pool! I used to always go below the surface.

This is it! ANd many of their suits are on sale lately. They had many suits I was contemplating for a good price.

Linky because pic won't work

I know the link is for plus size, but I saw them there for misses size too. Also, they had many other suits to try on that did the trick too.

Geesh. Maybe they don't let you copy from the website. I will try again. It's so weird how it leaves the entire open space as if the pic is there. Chat Icon
