Sasha just woke up at 7 45 and this is so unlike her. She wasn't able to be soothed-- so, I just decided I will Ferberize.

ok... she is asleep. For now.

I went in after two minutes. Then after five. I was waiting for seven, but she fell asleep.

Ok, not so bad... I have to say much easier to do this now, when we are just sitting on the couch than when we are woken up in the middle of the night.

Does this mean she is officially sleep trained now? Am I done? God, do I want be done.

**Note to the powers that be, sleep gods, etc.: This post should not jinx Sasha sleeping through the night.**

How many times did you let your babies CIO before they STTN?

And, did they wake up multiple times that same night, where you had to keep doing CIO?

Hang in there! I'm doing CIO for naps and I cannot listen to her cry... I either take a shower or pick up dog poop from the backyard! You can do it! It works!

It took my son about 4 nights....

It was hard...he cried for an hour and a half once...but in the end it was the best thing I did

He sleeps from 8pm to 5:30am

im proud of you randi!! keep it up!! i let mila cry for about 45 minutes the first nite, and by the second nite she was so afraid to have to do it again she sttn lol..but it would happen sporadically..i keep doing cio whenever she does wake..sometimes its once, sometimes its multiple (never more then 2-3) but each time is less and less, and the days in between are more and more so shes actually sttn more often then not..
