BBB and BRU return policy?
Anyone had experience with Buy Buy Baby or Babies R Us, in term of returns? For things like baby clothes, etc. How long do you have to return the items?

I have heard that BRU is not great...if you do not have a receipt or gift receipt, you can't even exchange clothes there

For BRU you need a receipt, gift receipt or it needs to be on your registry to be able to return it. It needs to be returned within 90 days of purchase.
BBB is a lot more lenient with their return policies. They will take back items with our without a receipt. Their website says you get full purchase price if it's returned within 90 days and current price if it's returned more than 90 days later.

BRU is a PITA to return stuff and would never use them again for a registry

i had no problem returning clothes to BRU. some things were on my registry and the clothes werent. as long as it was sold in their store they took it back.

Just experienced this last week.
BRU takes back nothing if you have no reciept or registry with them. Even if the label says Toys R Us
BBB..takes back anything they carry.
