BBT Question - Drinking Alcohol
What effect, if any, does drinking alcohol have on your BBT? I had a couple of drinks last night. This morning my BBT shot up but I am only on CD11 and usually don't see a temp increase until around CD17. Wasn't sure if the two were related.

its ok - you can discard the temp and just continue tomorrow
