Bear with me-I know I have probably asked similar questions before-Breast Pain
Anyone else wake up every morning feeling like someone used your boobs as punching bags?
Two questions
1. I know the answer is probably no, but is there anything I can do to stop the pain?
2. Is it worth it to invest in a sleep bra? My sports bra is not cutting it because it smushes the girls and makes the pain worse (sorry, tmi), and I was curious whether investing in a sleep bra from Motherhood might do the trick.
Thanks!

I wake up SO sore every morning. A sleeping bra has not helped in the past with my other pregnancies but the pain was never as bad as it is this time around.
I feel your pain!

in the beginning, i couldn't walk down our stairs w/o holding my boobs..thats how bad they hurt.
sleeping with a soft wire bra might help for support.
the soreness does go away..although I do find sometimes they are tender in spots.

I used a sleep bra and it did help while I was awake and walking around but still felt some pain. More comfy than a regular bra.....I'd put it on as soon as I came home from work. Mb tylenol might give you some relief....it s*cks!

I wear a tight t-shirt (children's size) when I sleep and during the day wear the spanx stretchable bra. Its been miracle for me. Still sore, but much easier to deal with than before.
