Because this is where I post most: Restaurant Suggestions
We want to try somewhere new for our 5 year anniversary. What is your favorite restaurant?
We live in Levittown on the border of wantagh, we will travel, but would prefer it to be under 30 min or so. We don't really do indian, but anything else is a possibility.
Also, can you help me think of something special to do for DH? We don't have a lot of $$$$, but he works so hard and such long hours and he misses out on a lot with the kids so I want to do something special. We are giving ourselves a SLR camera, but really DH gave the ok to get one and said he'd get it for me when I mentioned how much I want one.

Mim's in Syosset is really good and they have a huge menu. I think the pricing is affordable.

I think the PP means Thom Thom near the train station...
Bellissimo's in Amityville is nice and affordable and the food is consistently good.
As far as doing something nice for DH - does he like massages? Maybe you can get him a massage?

I like rein Bar in the garden City Hotel. its got a cool atmosphere and you feel like your out and at a nice place, but it isn't super pricey.
