bed rails for convertable crib??? HELP

Hi - I am trying to find bed rails that fit on Jakes convertable crib. We are converting it to a day bed but I can't find bed rails that fit. Can someone recommend anything I can use.

So fat the safety 1st ones say use on twin size matresses, but not on toddler bed.

I know for my crib I actually have to go thru the manufacturer for them or go to Behrs where I got the crib- they arent ones that are sold in stores like babies r us, they are also wooden not the metal ones.
