Bedroom carpet?
The carpet in our Master is trashed. For some reason our dog dug holes in it under our bed and its old. We are probably going to put the house on the market in the Spring. We talked about replacing it or giving the buyers an allowance to replace it. The real estate agent we spoke with thought giving an allowance is a good idea. What would you do?

Bedroom carpet?
I would just give money towards it. That way people can put in what they want or use it towards wood or something.

Bedroom carpet?
When my mom sold her house, she replaced the carpet in the master before putting up for sale. First thing the new homeowners did was rip it out. Give an allowance.
