Re: Bedtime for a 5 month old?

At 8PM I change her into PJs and give her a bottle in the glider. Then I put her in teh crib and she will sleep to 7 or 8AM

Re: Bedtime for a 5 month old?

We always start the bedtime routine around 6:30/ 6:45. I put them in their pj's and lower the lights in the house. (I think lowering the lights helps bc it's like the boys know that means it's bedtime.) We eat and then give them a bottle. At 5 mo, they would fall asleep right away and go in their cribs. Some nights were better than others, but 1 of the boys would usually get up for a bottle around 3 and the other would sleep until 5:30.

At 7pm, I bring her upstairs, put on her pajamas and feed her a bottle in the dark with the sound machine on. Usually she's asleep by 730. Today she slept till 615, had a bottle and went back to sleep. but sometimes gets up around 5 and will have a bottle and go back to sleep till 8ish.

DD is 4 mos old.

I start her bedtime routine at 6:30. She gets a bottle, which takes about 30 minutes for her to finish.

Every 2-3 days she gets a bath, otherwise I just change her into PJ's., swaddle her, and put her in her crib drowsy with her mobile and white noise machine on.

She usually falls asleep by 7:30/8.

She wakes up around 7-8 the next morning but still gets up once for a bottle at 3/4AM.

At 5 mos, DD was going to bed at 8:30. She napped from 5:30-6:30 and we'd do bottle at 7:30, bath at 8.

She STTN.

That's up to you! I wake up at 4:30AM for work so I am in bed right after I put her down for the night.
